Our Team

Parents-Child-Bridge was founded by adoptive families who had already been active members of the Heidelberg and Rhine-Neckar District Adoptive and Foster Families Association for many years. With one exception, all of them had adopted from abroad themselves and therefore had many years of experience of adoption and living abroad.

A major advantage is that some of our staff members speak the native language of the adopted children. This not only facilitates communication with the country of origin, but also with the children themselves, and supports the adoptive families throughout the entire adoption process and during post-adoption support.
